Can RHEV verify that a logical network is reachable when adding it to a host?
Issue

When RHEV brings up a logical network on a host it doesn't perform any availability checking.

If a VLAN is misconfigured in network switches we don't notice so until VMs that use such VLAN migrate to the affected host, at which point VMs become unreachable resulting in downtime.

We need RHEV to verify that logical networks are reachable before declaring those "UP" in each host.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.2.
