How to use udev rules to create a persistent ethernet interface name based on the device bus id
Issue
- System Z servers communicating over a vswitch have several 700 devices on the same interface. Configuration requires a permanent association between the ethX interfaces name and the device at device bus address (0.0.XXX0, 0.0.XXX1, 0.0.XXX2).
