Unable to set the user_enabled_emulation_use_group_config via Openstack Director

Issue

  • When we deploy a cloud, we want to make use of the keystone parameter user_enabled_emulation_use_group_config.
  • This parameter is present in keystone.conf, but there is no option to configure this in the tripleo heat templates.
