Satellite Capsule sync causes error "E11000 duplicate key error"

Issue

Satellite Capsule sync causes error:

NotUniqueError: Update failed (E11000 duplicate key error collection: pulp_database.task_status index: task_id_-1 dup key: { : "<UUID>" })

While the error does appear in the logs, it does not appear to cause the job to fail as the errors are handled when they occur.
