Issue

There is a number of the following error messages in the system log:

 serv ntpd[2338]: can't open /etc/ntp/drift.TEMP: Permission denied
 serv ntpd[2338]: can't open /etc/ntp/drift.TEMP: Permission denied
 serv ntpd[2338]: can't open /etc/ntp/drift.TEMP: Permission denied
 serv ntpd[2338]: can't open /etc/ntp/drift.TEMP: Permission denied
