Portal timeouts require logout / login
Issue
Frequently I update a support ticket, leave my window open and come back to it some hours later to update it again.
If I enter text into the update box it and then hit 'submit' it does nothing at all (and I lose the text I entered).
If I don't enter text but refresh the page I get a [red] error message.
If I click 'support cases' I get sent to a screen saying :
Permission Required
