Red Hat Satellite ignores the option of image-id during image based provisioning

Issue

• The --operatingsystem-id only works if the Host Group has assigned a Compute profile (CP) and that CP has a correct image. However, if the CP has incorrect image assigned, no matter what we provide as --image name, that CP image will be used. The VM is thus created with the wrong image.
• image-id for compute-profile does not match in Satellite GUI and hammer output.
