When I create an application through 3scale devportal and choose a plan to apply to it, I can't choose a plan.

Issue

• When I create an application through a 3scale Developer Portal and select a plan to apply to this application, I can't choose a service. Only one plan of service is always displayed and the other services are not. I want to know how to solve this.
