Openshift metrics pods running on master/compute node after OpenShift Update

Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) Metrics pods (Hawkular, Cassandra, Heapster) running on master and/or compute node after updating OCP

Before the update, Metrics pods were running on Infra nodes

Before the update, scheduling of Metrics pods was fixed with
oc patch rcfrom this solution, problem now reoccurs after updating OCP
