Kibana users cannot see logs of projects where they have admin or view role in OCP 3.11

Issue

• Users cannot see on Kibana logs of projects where they have view or admin role.

• On the contrary, users with cluster-admin role are not affected by the issue.

• When the user tries to create the index pattern manually on Kibana GUI (Management, Index Patterns, Create Index Pattern), an error message like this shows up on top of Kibana site.
