  • What does the "first" mount option signifies.

Example:

root@ds23: mount | grep temp
/dev/mapper/vg_temp-lv_temp on /temp type gfs2 (rw,noatime,nodiratime,hostdata=jid=2:id=2359305:first=0,acl)

root@ds20: mount | grep temp
/dev/mapper/vg_temp-lv_temp on /temp type gfs2 (rw,noatime,nodiratime,hostdata=jid=2:id=2359305:first=1,acl)
