Unable to register the client with Red Hat Capsule server and failing with error "Service unavailable or restarting, try later"
Issue
- Unable to register the client with capsule server.
- subscription-manager register command is failing with below error:
[root@client.example.com]# subscription-manager register
Registering to: capsule.example.com:8443/rhsm

Service unavailable or restarting, try later
[root@client.example.com]#
