Rotating AWS Access_Key and Secret for persistent volumes in OpenShift Container Platform

Issue

We would like to rotate the AWS Access keys and secrets used to do dynamic provisioning of EBS based PVs. So we are wondering, what is the recommended way to exchange these keys assuming we are not performing an upgrade?
