Why are RH-SSO generated emails appearing in users spam or junk folders ?
Issue
- With several domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Aol, Hotmail), it is noticed that the generated email can appear in the user's junk or spam folders
Environment
- Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH-SSO)

- Performing a user registration in RH-SSO, an email with a verification link is sent to the user's inbox
