Getting error "Some of the nodes are down" while deleting/creating block volumes

Issue

  • While deleting a block volume from heketi and from openshift(pvc) facing below error.
E0729 10:11:51.406766       1 controller.go:1138] Deletion of volume "pvc-a29e3fb4-ad54-11e9-bb22-005056b74c27" failed: [heketi]: failed to delete glusterblock volume blockvol_256515f43ad0c914eae3e7bf309e15b9: block delete: blockvol_256515f43ad0c914eae3e7bf309e15b9: failed: Some of the nodes are down
Nodes reachable:  192.168.X.224 192.168.X.225
Nodes down:  192.168.X.226
  • It's not possible to delete manually:
# heketi-cli  blockvolume delete e1755915887e9ca59d32b4320899ab81
Error: block delete: blockvol_e1755915887e9ca59d32b4320899ab81: failed: Some of the nodes are down
Nodes reachable:  192.168.X.224 192.168.X.225
Nodes down:  192.168.X.226
Nodes down:  192.168.X.226

Where all nodes are up and online. All gluster peers are connected and are in cluster.
