SELinux: post-commit hook with svnserve getting a SELinux denied message: execute_no_trans.

Issue

• svnserve is not able to execute post-commit hooks

• SELinux issues a permission denied message: execute_no_trans when executing post-commit hook in svnserve:

• We have migrated an application from RHEL 6 to RHEL 7 and got one SELinux issue that prevents to execute svnserve hooks
