mysqld segfaults in ld-2.12.so on start
Issue
Starting MySQL service result in below error in /var/log/messages:
kernel: mysqld[22280]: segfault at 8 ip 00000034d1e0b393 sp 00007fff83540f80 error 4 in ld-2.12.so[34d1e00000+20000]
