How to force the wrapping mechanism to use Wrap instead of FAB while deploying a jar on JBoss Fuse

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • When a plain Jar is deployed inside the "deploy" directory of JBoss Fuse 6 then most of the time, the work of wrapping the old plain jar is done by "fab:" but sometimes it is done by "wrap:"

  • Is it normal that, when dropping a simple jar into the deploy folder, the wrapping mechanism can be done by FAB or wrap?

  • Is there a way to force the wrapping mechanism to use "wrap" instead of "FAB" ?

Environment

  • Fuse ESB Enterprise
  • Fuse MQ Enterprise
  • JBoss Fuse 6.0
  • JBoss A-MQ 6.0
  • Fuse Management Console
  • Apache Karaf
