How can I grant access to non-root user to run specific pcs commands only ?

Issue

• Is it possible to delegate specific cluster commands like enabling and disabling the maintenance mode to a non-root user?
• I want to give access to the User1 of my Application Team to execute specific cluster commands so that involvement of root administrator can be eliminated during application maintenance activity.
