OpenStack - Security Group Firewall Logging support

Issue

• The customer may require to log security group rules being hit for audit purposes
• There is already an upstream feature in OpenStack that allows to attain this goal with some limitations
• Is the feature supported in RHOSP ?
• Is the code available in RHOSP ?
