Sudo breaks on RHEL 6 and 7 when devtoolset-7 (or -8) are installed
Issue
The sudo "wrapper" written for devtoolset is very limited, is not failsafe, and most importantly is called "sudo" and is first in search path, so takes over sudo invocations.
Environment
