Forward OpenShift logs to logstash

Issue

• We would like to forward OpenShift log output to an external Logstash server
• The current documentation states to use the fluent-plugin-secure-forward plug-in, but that requires a secure connection and setting of the shared_key which is not supported by Logstash
• The fluent-plugin-secure-forward plugin is not intended to be used with Logstash [1]
