How to catch exceptions before entering action pipeline in JBoss ESB

Issue

• We want to capture esb exceptions even it happens before entering the action pipeline, since we want to return error messages in a consistent manner.
• For example, we deploy a ESB End Point Web Service (EBWS) and the service is secured. If the client provide a illegal username or password the client will receive system error in default format, which is what we want to take over.
