Command ceph --version shows different version than installed
Issue
Running the command ceph --version shows one version, but running rpm -q ceph shows a different version
# ceph --version
ceph version 12.2.8-128.el7cp (030358773c5213a14c1444a5147258672b2dc15f) luminous (stable)
# rpm -qf /bin/ceph
ceph-common-12.2.4-42.el7.x86_64
# /bin/ceph --version
ceph version 12.2.4-42.el7 (f73642baacccbf2a3c254d1fb5f0317b933b28cf) luminous (stable)
