OpenShift Enterprise 1.2 Deployment guide refers to file resource_limits.template but it is missing.

Issue

• The OpenShift Enterprise Deployment Guide 1.2 makes the following statements:

During the default node host installation, a profile named small is configured. You can create a new profile by simply editing the /etc/openshift/resource_limits.conf file on the node host, and specifying a new name for the profile as node_profile. This directory also contains a template called resource_limits.template that you can use as a guide for your configuration.

But could not find that file in OSE 1.2.
