DNS Resolution from Within Pod is Inconsistent
Issue
DNS resolution from within pods is intermittently working. Errors such as the following are found through the logs from the cluster:
dial tcp: lookup oauth-openshift.apps.cluster.fqdn on 192.x.x.10:53: server misbehaving" to ""
