firewall-cmd interfaces with permanent flag are not persistent, interfaces without permanent flag are persistent

Issue

• When adding an interface to a zone using the permanent flag, it reports success. However, when trying to view the interface with the permanent flag, the interface is not showing in the output.
• Alternatively, using "firewall-cmd --add-interface" is adding an interface permanently to a zone even if --permanent is not mentioned, this still persists after reboot
