Clustered service with a netfs resource fails to relocate if the export (NFS share) is no longer accessible in RHEL 5 or 6
Issue
- A two node cluster is using a remote NFS resource for a service. If the network link between the active node and the NFS server stops working, the service is not relocated.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the High Availability Add On
- One or more
<netfs>resources in/etc/cluster/cluster.conf
