Getting errors when more than one spreadsheet rules are in a project
Issue
An error about duplicate rule/row names happens during build when there are more than one spreadsheet rules in a project.
e.g.
...
[239,0]: Duplicate rule name: Validation_31
[250,0]: Duplicate rule name: Validation_32
[262,0]: Duplicate rule name: Validation_33
Rule Compilation error : [Rule name='Validation_30']
...
What is a cause of this error and how to address it?
