How to make AMQ Broker highly available on on-premise OCP installation

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

We are installing OCP on-premise. We will be using Gluster and will, therefore, use 4 application nodes.
Reviewing the high availability documentation,
it mentions that a minimum of 3 or more master-slave pairs are required.
1. How is that arranged on a OCP cluster with 4 application nodes?
2. Should master and slave be in separate nodes?
