Changes in /etc/default/grub are not reflected in grub boot process
Issue
When we change /etc/default/grub, and rerun the grub rebuild command, the changes are not reflected in grub menu during boot process.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 (RHEL 7)
System using UEFI boot
