Taints and tolerations are not working on AMQ operator pod

Issue

• I am applying taints and toleration to the AMQ Stream operator. But the operator pod is not getting deployed into the node where taint is applied. Attached the deployed_operator.yaml configuration used for applying taints to operator pod and actual configuration after deployment in actual_operator.yaml file
