Automount thread hangs while remounting active mounts during startup
Issue
- We recently made some changes to the automounters configuration and tried to restart it (service autofs restart). It shutdown, but hung on the restart.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- seen on kernel 2.6.32-358.6.1.el6 (other versions likely affected)
- seen on autofs-5.0.5-73.el6.x86_64 (other versions likely affected)
