pulp repo sync fail after specifying proxy option in `katello-configure`?
Issue
- After configuring katello using
katello-configure --proxy-url=..., katello would use the web proxy correctly, but when we try to start syncing the repositories, pulp does not use this web proxy configuration - The synchronization web interface shows HTTP Error 500
- Synchnonization fails, does not attempt to go through the proxy

- Red Hat Satellite 6.0 MDP1
