What does my "OrgAdmin" need to do to provide access to download Software?

Issue

Please let me know what is to be done at our end in order for my account to have download privileges in the Consumer Portal.

With currect privileges I get below error when I go to Downloads section.

"Permission Required
The resource you requested is only available to users with appropriate access permissions. If you believe you should have permission to view this resource, please contact your RHN Organization Administrator."
