Why the scanner connected on server isn't recognized by "sane" and "udev" ?

Fujitsu fi-6110 (04c5 11fc)scanner on RHEL6, but it is not recognized bysaneandudev. - Is there any way to add scanner support in RHEL6 system ?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- sane-backends-1.0.21-3.el6.x86_64
- sane-backends-libs-1.0.21-3.el6.x86_64
