Add PAPI test programs to a PAPI rpm
Issue
- Customer is currently maintaining installation of the PAPI standard test suite.
- They would like to see it included with the RHEL papi component. As per the Customer:
The papi test programs have proven themselves to be useful for debugging processors and papi
implementation as well as understanding how the counters work. Can we please include them
either in the PAPI package or in a new sub-RPM like PAPI-tests or something.
