Not able to use sudo, when pam_tally2 is enabled in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Issue
- Not able to use sudo command.
- Getting following error message on /var/log/messages:
Dec 9 23:53:45 hostname sudo: pam_unix(sudo:auth): conversation failed <===
Dec 9 23:53:45 hostname sudo: pam_unix(sudo:auth): auth could not identify password for [test]
- Does this message cause any system troubles?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- pam-1.1.1-8.el6.x86_64
