"Unable to add batch: No space left on device" error in MetaMatrix

I am getting an error when i try to do a select query-
Caused by: com.metamatrix.jdbc.MMSQLException: Unable to add batch: No space left on device -
The select query would return millions of rows of data.
Environment
- MetaMatrix Enterprise Server 5.5.x
