Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 no longer calls the net.hotplug
Issue
- net.hotplug has been removed from the file /lib/udev/rules.d/60-net-rules.
- When a NIC is added to the RHEL7 system, no operation is done, even when the ifup command is issued
