Why am I receiving "the output has been hidden due to the fact that 'no_log: true' was specified for this result' failure when using the Ansible Tower / Ansible Automation Platform installer?

Issue

Whenever the installer for Ansible Automation Platform is being executed (installation, upgrades, backups, restores, etc), tasks may fail with the following error message.
