AZ for neutron services on compute nodes for a spine-leaf configuration
Issue
Deployed a spine-leaf RH OSP environment and added the following services to the compute nodes:
- OS::TripleO::Services::NeutronL3Agent
- OS::TripleO::Services::NeutronDhcpAgent
What availability zone should be configured.
