Why Am I Not Able To Login To Ansible Tower With Local Users After Enabling LDAP Authentication ?

Issue

After enabling LDAP authentication in Ansible Tower, I'm not able to login with any local user. Authentication fails even with the admin local user with Superuser privileges. LDAP users do not face this issue and are able to login successfully in Ansible Tower.
