When returning from lock, GNOME will sometimes display desktop contents before lock screen

Issue

• Sometimes, when waking the system from lock status, the lock screen will show very briefly, then the desktop will show without window decorations, the screen refreshes and the desktop is shown properly, then fades out into the lock screen.
