Issue

  • NVMe device not detected after hot plug insertion
  • nvme nvme1: I/O 11 QID 0 timeout, completion polled
  • INFO: task irq/32-pciehp:588 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
  • pciehp deadlock resulting in NVMe device not being recognized when hot plugged

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.0
