Missing ClusterServiceClasses for a template in the service catalog shows error on the project from Openshift console

Issue

Pop-up message appear when browsing a project from the web console:

An error occured connecting to the server.
Failed to get clusterserviceclasses/servicecatalog.k9s.io/v1beta/a6bfd818-a790-11e7-a1e9-68b5996caa9e (status 404)
