'User Load' and 'System Load' are ZERO in JON

Issue

  • I installed a Jon-Agent on a Windows Server 2003. I just want to use the Jon-Agent to check the load of the machine.
  • There are some applications running on this machine and should be very heavy. But I wonder why the 'User Load' and 'System Load' are 0%.
