Issue

When trying to load a js file from gatein-resources.xml file of a portlet using the <javascript> tag, it is seen js is loaded as merged.js. Even if we have exo.product.developing flag value as true, the merged.js is always there.
How are JavaScripts evaluated in the new JPP-6.
We do not see the compressed file (merged.js) in JPP-6.0
