Is cgroups considered the best way to manage CPU pinning in MRG ?

Issue

Previously it was taskset/isolcpu's. rt-setup used to manage it. It only had cpuset's etc. Appreciate that's now changed in 2.3 so is cgroups considered the primary options here ?
