Unable to run Karaf script bin/client in Dockerfile
Issue
When trying to run a Karaf command using bin/client <command> in a Dockerfile, the call fails with error Closed written to the console.
This prevents one from building customized Docker images for Fuse on Karaf.
The problem does not exist on Fuse 7.2 or earlier.
